Self-sufficient, with its own water tank, protected generator, high-end ventilation system and hurricane-resistant windows. It even has a rooftop emergency helipad and dedicated parking for emergency services.

The climate of Saint Martin is tropical, warm and sunny all year round: the average daily temperature ranges from 25 °C (77 °F) in the coolest period, from January to March, to 28 °C (82 °F) in the hottest period, from June to October.
Usually, rainfall in Saint Martin is not very abundant, since it amounts to around 1,000 millimeters (40 inches) per year. February and March are the driest months, with 45/50 mm (1.8/2 in) of rain per month. Petite Plage Beach
Petite Plage Beach (“Little Beach”) is a pristine sandy beach tucked away on the North end of Grand Case and connected to Grand Case Beach Club.
Very private and quite often uncrowded – a true “gem” for swimming, snorkeling and sunbathing. For guests of Grand Case Beach Club, beach chairs and umbrellas are provided on the beach and include drink and food services through The Sunset Cafe.
